poor service from getting a loan car to my service on my car I took my car in on March 1 2019 did not get it back until March 5 2019 they had no loaner cars until March 11 so she said i did not believe it ther I took my car in on March 1 2019 did not get it back until March 5 2019 they had no loaner cars until March 11 so she said i did not believe it there were no communication the whole time except me calling every day trying to check to see where they were on the work i was told that they would call me back ASAP no one ever called i was so stressed out over this whole experience over the 4 days i finally talked to Doug Wiggins and told him just how unhappy i was with everything and that i will never ever do business with them again so take me out of your computers and dont ever send me any more mail from Fields Cadillac do not contact me ever and i have told them before went to the office and ask that they stop sending me mail in my deceased husband's name i gave them all my new info but they still send everything in Bills name if you could take care of this it would be great they dont seem to care my new car is in my name only so i dont know why they have no taken care of it.DOUG ADMITTED they drop the ball on my situation he said he gave me a 10% senior discount off of total bill they did not write the total price so i dont know he said he gave me a car wash at no charge but that was not true because they always wash , vacuum your car before they return it so what discount because i know they did not wash it because i notice the tag was still dirty because it had rained when i took it in. he said he saved me $73.69 on a car wash i did not get so i guess that was my discount and i went over the bill and ask him about the new tire they put on why they charged me $ 495.00 for one tire when last year on my other Cadillac i had 4 brand new tires and balanced and front end lineament Tire Kingdom for $600.00 he said oh tires are very expensive bull i did not buy that either very bad experience to the point i was sick stress from all this for two days i told the 4 people that came in to just give me my bill that i put my trust in them and hope that they show they appreciate my business but that they failed badly very bad to the point i will never come back and believe that word of mouth is very very important it goes along way when you know they did you wrong. and so i still walk out with a bill for $703 .82 i explained to them i am trying to put trust in people and the businesses i need to count on for good honest service because i am a widow now and alone i have to learn to trust but i am not stupid i am human.so i do hope that no one else goes through the same stressed out experience i had. is your loaner cars just for customers that bought their cars from Fields Cadillac or for all Cadillac owners i thought maybe this is why she did not give me a loaner because my son noticed when he took me to get my car he said there were plenty of cars right beside where he parked that said rental car i would of even paid for it becaused i told the lady that i had a hospital app i could not miss Monday never mind trying to find a rental on the weekend was a mess. so i hope if anything good comes out of all this you train you people better and instill in them how important CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS VERY VERY IMPORTANT MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME AS A SINGLE WOMAN. Tthank you for your time i am finally glad to get this behind me and find another Cadillac dealership that will appreciate my business. More

Don’t waist my time/Set clear expectations My service appointment was changed the day before I was supposed come in for service. No one called to tell me anything. I did get one reminder text m My service appointment was changed the day before I was supposed come in for service. No one called to tell me anything. I did get one reminder text message saying my appointment was a different date, but after the four previous reminder messages I received I didn’t think to check the date. I thought I was getting another friendly reminder. This was very impersonal and unprofessional. I scheduled my service a week in advance and switch my work schedule to make my appointment and no one had enough respect for my time and money I spend to make a phone call to notify me of the changed appointment. No one even took the time to send a text saying “appointment change” only “reminder”. I chose Fields Cadillac because of word of mouth, it is just unfortunate that I don’t get service my friend gets because I don’t look or talk like him. When I explained the issue to my service advisor I didn’t even get an apology. I still have to go back for service today, but I am a let down customer and plan to take my business elsewhere in the future because of this incident. More
