I RECENTLY PURCHASED ON 12/15/2020 A 2021 CADILLAC ESCLADE, MY SALES PERSON WAS AWESOME, SINCE THE SERVICE YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM FIELDS AUTOMOTIVE HAS BEEN BUSHLEAGUE!!!! I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ESCLADE, MY SALES PERSON WAS AWESOME, SINCE THE SERVICE YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM FIELDS AUTOMOTIVE HAS BEEN BUSHLEAGUE!!!! I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PAPERWORK FOR VEHICLE AND MY TRADE IN WHICH IS LEASED THROUGH THE SAME BANK IS STILL NOT PAID OFF!!I ALSO OWN A 2020 RANGE ROVER AND A 2019 S550 UNDER SAME CONDITION THOSE DEALERSHIP RAN CIRCLES AROUND MY BUYING EXPERIENCE!! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'm 50 years old, so you can probably guess, this was not my first time out. I work in the automotive industry, and I have very high expectations when I am on the receiving end of service. Travis, "R", and "KR" worked seamlessly as a team to literally make every aspect of this deal work in MY favor. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in, they sold me a great pre-owned vehicle with far less miles than I was even looking for, and aggressively shopped different finance companies to find me the best finance options available. They were able to get me a rate lower that I have ever heard of anyone receiving on a pre-owned vehicle loan which resulted in allowing me to upgrade the vehicle I get to drive every day, and reduced my monthly payment by about $50 a month. From beginning to end, I truly felt as though this team advocated for me as a customer. They listened to every aspect of every one of my concerns, and I am not exaggerating in the least when I say they EXCEEDED EVERY one of my expectations! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, Cadillac or otherwise, and want to experience what it's like to have a team of professionals working for you, and not just trying to "slam dunk" a sale, call Travis today... Don’t deal with these people. After not having the car I came to see after asking the salesman directly about it I went back after a sales manager called and said I would deal with him. After going back he handed me off to the guy who I originally spoke with. I drove the car which they hadn’t even bothered to clean up but decided to buy the car because it’s what I wanted. Then after I signed the deal the salesman showed me all the paint chips in the hood but told me not to worry it wouldn’t cost ME that much to fix and in fact he had a buddy who could do it. Of course it’s not a lot of money when it’s mine and not his. Bad buying experience and won’t buy another car there. Bobby More

Return to Fields Cadillac this morning for a correction to the paint job on my vehicle's front bumper. Sales Manager Steve was knowledgeable enough to know how to correct the problem. He advised Mr. Wil to the paint job on my vehicle's front bumper. Sales Manager Steve was knowledgeable enough to know how to correct the problem. First off I'd like to note . I am a small business owner in Jacksonville fl. And I work very hard for the things I purchase. It doesn't come easy and I pay what I need to pay when it comes to keeping my car in Jacksonville fl. And I work very hard for the things I purchase. It doesn't come easy and I pay what I need to pay when it comes to keeping my car in particular running properly. I've driven Cadillac for 20yrs and have need had this much trouble with keeping the last 2 Cadillac Escalades running the way they should. Fields Cadillac has disappointed me yet again in the way they've lied to me over and over again about my repairs. I've spent countless hours dealing with them which intels driving back and forth to Cadillac to test drive repairs. I am not a technician and shouldn't have to test drive my vehicle to see if it's done properly. # 1. Last year (2019) was the absolute worst of my experiences with fields Cadillac. I had my 2016 Escalade truck serviced for an oil change. J.R suggested it was time to service the transmission so I did so . The transmission has shift right since then . Brought it back for them to check the transmission, oil change, and rotate and balance at 8:30 am. At 4:45 after not hearing from him all day I called him and he then states he forgot to call me and they could not rotate and balance the tires because the rims are bent. When I get there at 5pm and get the bill he charged me for the rotate and balance over $200 dollars. After letting him know he would'nt refund and argued with me about it. I then went to talk to the GM (Jim signorile) he approached me in a very standoffish manner. I then told him not to worry I'll contact mr. Fields himself and walked out to get my vehicle. He then came out and said he'd personally take care of the vehicle the following week. When I returned the next week he wasn't there. #2. My parking sensor goes out I take my vehicle to fields Cadillac and the technician drops my bumper and scratched it up. They imply to me the scratches were there already and I had to sit down to explain the Mark's weren't there( same technician) #3. I then go back because the transmission still isn't shifting right and they allow the same technician to that is not a transmission tec to service the transmission and it still is shifting terrible. I go back again and they switch tecs ( master tec) he goes through and gets it running aloft better but not smooths it was when I purchased it. I go again to get and oil change, rotate and balance . They could not do the rotate and balance because of the bent rims . I have them repair the rims and get the truck back and my brakes are squeaking very badly . I take the truck back and they tell me I needed brake pads so I purchase brake pads and the truck is still squeaking every day. Take it back they drive it 1 time and then it sits for a week while being told they're test driving it every day to check for the noise. The reason I knew it sat all week is because of the Cadillac app tells me when the truck is moved. I also have the blackvue dash cam that tells me when its started up and records everything that's said and done in and around the truck. Those conversations and activities will be shown to mr. Fields at the appropriate time. My new service advisor has been very diligent in helping me at all times. It seems that management (Jim logIston) tries to blame her for my not being satisfied but it is in fact the technician and the leadership at fields. I've never been so upset with my experience at Cadillac. Being lied to by the GM ( Jim signorelli) to service manager (jim logIston) the technicians , the service guy (JR) . I'm sure when Mr. Fields reads about this there will be changes so I will not stop till I get in direct contact with him or the news More
