I have been a Cadillac owner for over 40 years. I have dealt with dealerships in Jacksonville all during that time. My wife and I were going to a store in Orange Park and saw that her tire was low. We pulled into Fields and were treated like royalty, just for a nail in one tire. I recently decided to take my 1991 Brougham to them when I was getting Zero service from another dealer. They were at it again, giving us the red carpet treatment. Another dealer is right down the street from me. But going to Fields with our three Cadillacs is well worth the drive. I am sold on Fields. Both Ora and her manager, Jim are the best. More

Fields Cadillac came for our XT4 on Monday, July 12,2021. The person that picked up the car was very polite. The rear left wheel was looked at the dealership. My husband and I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Joel. He asked what we were looking for and we honestly didn’t know. We were just looking. We had not bought a new car in 12 y immediately greeted by Joel. He asked what we were looking for and we honestly didn’t know. We were just looking. We had not bought a new car in 12 years so it was a bit nerve racking to go car shopping. Joel showed us a few model's that were in the showroom. Then asked us about options , ie color and technology. Within 30 minutes he found the XT5 that we fell in love with. Joel was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He listened to us and was able make us feel good about our decision in coming to Fields. So glad we had a wonderful experience. If you goin for a new car, ask for Joel! More
My wife left a google review over a week ago and to date we still know nothing really about the car other than parts have been ordered. This place is a joke as well as the GM. All I can say is good luck if you buy a piece of xxxx Cadillac and do not expect any transparent communication from this sh!thole dealership. I would also like to add, look at the canned response you get from the GM, you are a guest not a customer that he needs to satisfy. I am not a guest I AM A CUSTOMER THAT IS UNHAPPY AND YOU NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! I have worked in a retail environment for 35 years and the customer is always right. Even if they are not you still do what you can to make it right. Like I said I have been in retail for years and you do the right thing. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! After 2 weeks my wife got her car back on Friday last week. It was running rough like it had a cam in it. We got up on Saturday Morning and went to get rid of the piece of crap and I checked the oil life and seen that it was at 18%, now they had the car for 15 freaking days or more and no one checked that?????? Why not change the oil when it is that low and you have had it that long? On our way to get rid of it we got a call from the service dept. letting us know that they just noticed that the oil life was low and that they should have changed it while they had it... REALLY YA THINK!!!!!!!!. This whole dealership should be shut down because of the blatant ignorance that exists here. I am so glad that we got rid of the piece o' xxxx and have moved on to a better quality Car and with a dealership that is not incompetent. I will not recommend a Fields dealership to anyone including my worst enemy. Good Riddance. More
