Customer service was great. Our new Cadillac CTX 2014 was in for paint chip fix and to do the seal coating inside & outside. It was promised back to us in 2-3 days. We was great. We were traveling from PA to Florida when my car told me to "service rear axle" Your service department was wonderful at going over my whole car and making sure we had a safe trip home.
