When I have any trouble with my X5 they are always very friendly and courteous.The service advisor is always very friendly and willing to ensure that the trouble is taken cate of. Richard Gaffney- is a fablous service advisor- He is always super friendly and always accomdates my service needs for my car. I have my vehicle since 2006 and have had it serviced several times at the Winter Park location. My service advisor Richard Gaffney has provided me with excellent customer service each time well beyond e several times at the Winter Park location. He has been very professional, very knowledgeable and has processed the work orders efficiently and so expeditiously. I do not have to wait very long for my car to be completed and be on my way. He also checks any other service items that need to be completed on the car at the same time. I definitely recommend for everyone to request Richard when they need to service their car at the Winter Park location. He is excellent. More

I just wanted to write you regarding my recent visit to Fields BMW dealership. It was my second time in for service. I was blown away the first time in because of the great service that I recieved from Fields BMW dealership. It was my second time in for service. I was blown away the first time in because of the great service that I recieved from Nick Lansing, which is the main reason I returned for a second visit. On my second visit I had a 7:30 am appointment. I actually brought something with me to eat because I had to leave so early from home. I figured you would offer coffee and danish like some other dealerships, but I was very impressed that you actually offered cook to order omlettes!! I currently own a Lexus which my wife drives. She always tells me how much she enjoys the high level of customer service that we get from our Lexus dealer in PA. She has taken my BMW to the dealership in the past and she commented on how much better the service was at Lexus vs. BMW. (In the Philly area). When I called to tell her about the complimentary made to order omlettes she could not believe it. I am taking the time to write this letter because I would just like to say, in a world where everyone seems to be cutting back customer service to almost non-existence, it's nice to go to a dealership that delivers a great customer experience. My career is in sales and marketing so I appreciate the extra work it takes to make this happen and I want to complement you and your organization on a great experience from start to finish. (Concierge, dedicated service person, breakfast, great techinical service,complimentary car wash and friendly staff). I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. From the purchase of my new 2007 550 to today they have done an outstanding job. I have always felt like part of the family every time I go in.
