Rick rolled out the red carpet and even put a bow on the car to make me feel like a star!! Matthew took time to show me all the awesome features BMW has to offer and Lanette made the paperwork process super simple, quick and informative! I could not be more pleased and impressed with the premier customer service I was given. While this may be my first BMW I am confident and excited to know this will not be my last! I would recommend anyone in the market for an awesome car to visit the BMW team at Fields BMW Lakeland! More

Found the vehicle that I ultimately purchased via car fax online. Dealership personnel were excellent to work with, especially Noor and Justino, and their communication was very quick and concise. The only i online. Dealership personnel were excellent to work with, especially Noor and Justino, and their communication was very quick and concise. The only issue was with the vehicle registration process and waiting for the permanent plates due to a title/lien issue. Will consider this dealership for other vehicles and highly recommend. More
