I have 2 new vehicles hear totalling close to $100K, the current one a 2022 Ford Edge is a wonderful car, however when I bought it I told them it HAD to have a trailer hitch, this was on September 1st, mind current one a 2022 Ford Edge is a wonderful car, however when I bought it I told them it HAD to have a trailer hitch, this was on September 1st, mind you U Haul can do this for less money and in a weeks notice. I not only don't have a hitch, I have the wrong one installed on the car, and the car damaged in the process of them trying to make it fit, it has now been over a week and no word as to when the parts will be here the car repaired and a usable hit installed. So for over two months I have a trailer full of trash I can't move, a boat in the water I can't get out. It was summer when I bought this car and winter is right around the corner. If this is how you would like to be treated then go ahead and buy a car here. More
