In coming for a second opinion at FEYER FORD a rapid search of area dealerships by the sales manager (John Williams) offered me a truck which was upgraded from my initial search at a substantial discount to the initial offer from the original dealership. The handling of additional equipment I requested and the securing of the loan aptly handled by Jennifer Rea at FEYER FORD made this the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a new truck. I would definitely recommend FEYER FORD as the most professional and helpful dealership with which I have ever dealt. More

Simpliest car buying experience I ever had! I had a very good buying experience from the Feyer Ford dealership. I live nowhere close to them however after having people I know purchase through t I had a very good buying experience from the Feyer Ford dealership. I live nowhere close to them however after having people I know purchase through them I thought I go up there and see what I could find after doing some research. I checked around the local dealerships and all of them wanted to play the sales game in my opinion. Dealing with John Williams was straight forward, he simply gave me the best deal he could without the back and forth that it seems that every other dealership wants to do. Now I understand that they are in it to make money but buying them lunch is a lot different than buying them a new condo at the beach if that makes sense. Other dealers said time and time again that they could not do better on price. Thank God I found Feyer Ford, it literally saved me thousands and I got a much better deal on my trade in. Of course when I told the other dealers thanks for your time and that I had chosen the best deal for me and my family from Feyer they all quickly changed their prices and started to come down. Too late... If you wanted to be treated fairly and honestly on the first go around make the drive to Feyer Ford. I know in the future I will be back to do business with a company that does things the right way and that treats you fairly. Save yourself some money and more importantly the stress and check them out I truly believe you will not regret it! More

I was very clear on needing absolutely any information before we made the drive. He assured me the vehicle had been through his service techs without any issues, even a final look over the day before. But when I got there, they weren't surprised by the motor ticking. His service advisor told me that it's normal, many of their Fords are known for that same sound. After looking up IS 350 engine problems, this is a $1900+ fix. They thought after our long drive (oh, and I'm 6 months pregnant), that I wouldn't leave without that car. So very deceptive. I was so disappointed. More
