Advised my emission dashboard light/icon stays on. 1.5 hours later I got my ca took my q50 in without appt and Joe valenti checked me I immediately. Advised my emission dashboard light/icon stays on. 1.5 hours later I got my car back nicely washed and the emission light/icon had disappeared from my dashboard. Yay. BUT, the next day the light was was back on and we hadn't gotten gas or opened the gas cap or anything. Major Ugh. Will be calling again. More

Would have gave a 5 stars but the car wash is bad! Definitely need improvement on the car wash. Very reasonable service; fixed problem during service visit While getting an oil change on my Q50 I brought to their attention an ac problem I was having. They promptly fixed the ac problem (defective damper d While getting an oil change on my Q50 I brought to their attention an ac problem I was having. They promptly fixed the ac problem (defective damper door) during the same appointment as my oil change, and it was covered under my warranty. It saved me from coming back, getting a loaner car, etc. I highly recommend this service dealer. More
Always Fette I love coming here for service because the service managers are great. I rather drive to NJ (longer distance and pay tolls) for Fette Infiniti service than get my service done at the infiniti dealer/service department in Queens, NYC... closer to where I live. When my brother in-law brings his Infinti to the Queens service department, I usually have to pick him up because the wait time can be an all day process. When I bring my car to Fette, I check in my car with Joe Valenti, and service is complete within the hour. I really like the updates I receive about my car when waiting in the service lounge. More
