Problem is, I kept hearing a sound coming from my vehicle only during initial acceleration and with time, the sound got worse. Infiniti not only fixed my issue and kept me informed along the way, but they did some extra touch up work to some minor details of the truck that was less important, but little things matter alot. Gary Mattis provides the best customer service! Although my experience was not the best due to having been scammed by a prior mechanic - the service Gary provided me was above and beyond. Long story short, I brought my Infiniti in to find out my car had severe water damage while being at a nearby mechanic's shop. Gary had to break the news to me & as you can imagine I was devastated. Although, I was a complete mess - Gary did everything in his power to cheer me up & said he will still check my car.
