Repairs were done timely ,car returned clean a a whistle and thanks to Juan presenting the EXTENDED WARRANTY to me when I bought this car 4 years ago - I had a brand new steering wheel ! After 80k this is the only item that has failed on this car. The cost of this one repair alone paid for my warranty.I will always buy EXTENDED WARRANTY from Infiniti. More

Paid for a $500 service which I'm not sure was necessary Went in for our regular twice a year oil change. My husband often takes in the car and usually deals with Todd, however, I was serviced by someone el Went in for our regular twice a year oil change. My husband often takes in the car and usually deals with Todd, however, I was serviced by someone else this time. During the routine inspection various service repairs were recommended totaling over $2,000. It was quite alarming, however, we take very good care of our car so for this day I decided to have the imperative issues completed with a follow up appointment to follow for the remaining repairs. Our car has ~85K miles and so we had our 1) battery replaced ($175) & 2) Oil leak repaired due to worn threads ($485). A few days later, a friend of mine who is a mechanic was alarmed when he heard about my estimate especially the worn threads. He knew that we only get our car serviced at Fette Inifiniti so explained that worn threads do not need to be replaced unless they're tightened too hard. He advised that this is not a wear and tear issue but tightening errors made during oil changes. He's had cars well over 100K miles that didn't need threads replaced. I was surprised to hear this and therefore, emailed my service person explaining to him that if he viewed my history he would see that all oil changes were done with Fette and inquired for feedback. No response. Followed up 2 days later - no response. Followed up a third time a week later - no response!!! It wasn't until my husband sent the email to Todd that we finally got a call. Todd explained that without looking at the threads during the repair it's not possible to say how they were worn. Therefore, we will never know whether we paid almost $500 for something we may not have been responsible for. The most frustrating part of this experience resulting in this rating is not getting a response after waiting over 2 weeks. As a woman, I can't help but feel that I was not taken seriously with my husband getting a same day response. If Fette Inifiniti can not provide a phone call or email response to me after almost 8 years of service then we are no longer a loyal customer. More
