Everything was awesome This was my first time at the service center and I couldn’t be more happy! My tire pressure light/message came on and I didn’t know if it was just the weather fluctuations or something was wrong, but I didn’t want to take chances so I brought it in. It wound up I had a nail in my tire so I’m glad I took it! Everyone I came in contact with had a smile and showed me where to go... while I waited and they passed me, they asked how I was doing and even remembered me when I had to go back the next day to put the new tire on bc it wasn’t in stock! Gary walked me though everything and was very efficient! More

Wait was too long. I waited close to an hour and a half and all I had done was a tire patched. My appt was at 730 am so I expected to be in and out fairly quickly. I am waiting for new struts to come in for my trunk. I hope the wait time for that appointment will be much shorter. More
