My car was completely vandalized by the mechanics in the service department and was documented through Infiniti corporate. Fette Infiniti service Department is not to be trusted. From leaving out metal pins on new brake jobs Intentionally so the customer has to spend more money to vandalizing parts either for personal or financial gain. The service department tried to void my warranty on more than one part so that I would have to pay out-of-pocket! They are trying to constantly get over on the customer. Most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with! Everything has been documented through Infiniti consumer affairs if any consumer has any questions! I would say just steer clear of Fette Auto group in it's entirety ! They are thieves and they are criminals! More
