Billed for nothing I came to the Service center with an issue- the car was not starting at times. Starts in the morning and not after that. Can be jumpstarted after try I came to the Service center with an issue- the car was not starting at times. Starts in the morning and not after that. Can be jumpstarted after trying for a long time. At your service center, it refused to start. But once pushed in, the problem could not be replicated as the car behaved well. I was sent home and charged 169USD for diagnostics. Next day the problem continued. I took it to pepboys and a kid there identified the problem in 5mins- a loose wire in the fuse box. It cost be USD45 for that. Now i am pissed. Not just because i was charged 169usd for nothing but because you sent me home with an issue that caused me trouble for another day...after all what is the point of visiting a dealer if you dont know your car better than a generic workshop...not listing any names... More

Car was fixed Great dealing with Rodger. Had an issue with my vehicle, it took a while for it be fixed, it was fixed under the warranty, The service inspector d Great dealing with Rodger.
