Terrible Service rep was not listening to anything I said, he was just waiting for me to finish talking and the talking. And when I asked a question he wouldn’t answer my question until I literally had to raise my voice and ask why he is not answering the question I was asking. Also I was told the total would be 417 with no mounting fee. And Gary told me that he never told me that on the phone. Then he tried to tell me that “he was treating me as if I was an insurance customer” if you have insurance why would you pay over 400 dollars for one tire? Also, Gary told me that I hit a pothole and that there is no such thing as a defected tire. That all tires come perfect which is not true in any type of product in the world, there are always defects. When arriving to the dealership my car was supposed to be washed, the only thing clean was tire shine around my tires. The car has oil all over the fender by the front driver tire. The car was washed AGAIN and still not clean. Also I called for road side assistance at 1:45 that day and they called me at 5:15 telling me they were on there way because the guy that was supposed to pick me up could not make it. If I did not call back 3 times I would of never found out that he couldn’t make it. I am very disappointed in this service after buying a vehicle off of your showroom. More

Rescheduling To start I called to make an appointment cause my vehicle was making a weird noise in the front right tire area and I was giving 1 for about 4 days la To start I called to make an appointment cause my vehicle was making a weird noise in the front right tire area and I was giving 1 for about 4 days later and was told that I would be giving a loaner car while they fix mine but when I got there no loaner and they didn’t have my appointment on record even after I showed the text that I got from them confirming the date so then they rescheduled me for a week later to guarantee that they will have a loaner on that day but guess what they didn’t have 1 yet again when I got there for my appointment after the third appointment I finally just left the car to get fixed and had to have someone come get me since I was left with no vehicle for 3 days More
