Another good experience at Fette Infiniti I was greeted by James. He did a good job of explaining the process. Before taking the car in for service, I took a test drive with a technician so he I was greeted by James. He did a good job of explaining the process. Before taking the car in for service, I took a test drive with a technician so he could hear the noise I was hearing. The technician was a cool, young guy (hate that I didn't get his name). James was upfront and honest about the wait time. I waited in the customer lounge, which is always a pleasant experience (wifi, tv, coffee, bagels, etc). Upon completion, James answered all my questions as well as handling some other concerns I had regarding my next visit. Overall, my experience at this dealership has always been a good one. More
