Bad experience Reserved a loaner car in advance but none available when I arrived. Simple oil change and tire rotation. Waited in lounge area for 25 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Eventually got up to ask what was going on and that’s when I was told I could reschedule my appointment or wait an hour.
