Great overall service! I brought in my mom’s (Tina Gage) truck. Jimmy (aka James) provided stellar service for both of my morning visits. 5 star; start to finish. My only complaint.... the coffee machine was broken. :-( Tough for those with morning appts. Suggestion: A “not working” should have been put on the machine so ppl would stop using it and someone should have just gone to Dunkin Donuts and bought 1-2 carafes of coffee. They do this at my BMW dealership (BMW of Ramsey). So I figured Fette Infiniti would do the same. Overall, I was happy and will continue to bring my Mom’s truck for service. Thanks. Laureen Gage. All the other Car dealership needs a quick tutorial on Customer Satisfaction with the Fettin Infiniti team because they have it down Pack!!! More

However Gary has made it his business to allow me to understand the importance of service at the dealership. Quick and informative Was able to get the appt time I needed to fit my schedule. My lease is almost up so I decided to speak to salesman about my options for next car I should lease since the one I have now is no longer in production. He was very helpful.
