Honestly my experience was limited to the service department, they definitely don't care or don't know what they're doing! Gave wrong diagnosis (which they charged me $300 for) and wanted to charge department, they definitely don't care or don't know what they're doing! I went for a tire change, and although the tires was replaced (rear left) the passenger side tire shakes. I took it back and I was told something could be bent.
