After having a terrible experience at Infiniti of Ramsey, and almost giving up on buying an Infiniti and going with the Lexus NX300 that I had also lo After having a terrible experience at Infiniti of Ramsey, and almost giving up on buying an Infiniti and going with the Lexus NX300 that I had also looked at, I decided to go on-line on Infiniti's website and input the car I was looking for and my car that I was trading in.. Jacques from Fette Infiniti called me in only a matter of minutes and gave me a price on the QX50. The next day I went to Fette after work but Jacques was off. Rafael helped me and he was so knowledgeable about the car. We took it for a drive and he was able to tell me about all its features. We worked out a deal and I picked the car up the next day. Rafael went over the entire car with me and helped me set up my phone and some radio stations along with other features. It was a great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership.. More
