These gentlemen have always conducted themselves in the utmost professional manner. Charles has always treated me very fairly and with respect. He always shoots straight and makes the sales experience easy. Todd is the service manager and he always addresses my concerns quickly and professionally. Rare Overall Great experience 👍🏾 My husband and I arrived on a Saturday @ 4pm and waited 40 minutes for an available salesman. We ended up leaving and just before they closed we gave it another go. Thankfully so, we were finally approached by a salesman by the name Nino. As friendly as it gets he assured us that even though they were about to close, we were priority number one. The car and color we wanted was not on the lot, so we agreed to terms ( after a friendly, light back and fourth) and set the pick up date on the arrival of the vehicle. When it came in we were called instantly. We arrived and were introduced to Osiris the finance manager( another breath of fresh air) and he was extremely transparent and honest with everything. Left with the car that night and could not be more satisfied. My salesman even took the time out to check on us days later to see how things were. Great overall experience. More

Tire replacement I have a Q50S and a QX50. Q50S has tire insurance; QX50 doesn't. Got a flat on my QX50. Todd got me a free replacement tire because "I'm a good cus I have a Q50S and a QX50.
