Too long and not True Was told 45-1h for oil change It took 45 min after I dropped car off in garage , for Gary to find me and ask me what are we here for, this was after Was told 45-1h for oil change It took 45 min after I dropped car off in garage , for Gary to find me and ask me what are we here for, this was after i was greeted and told to go inside and service advisor will get me . Then it was about 1:20min before I received the car back. Received a text message about cabin air filter recommendation to be changed, its less then 3months old (It was changed ). Did the tech even looked at it ? More
Unsatisfied So far this month i had to make two visits for something that should of happened on one visit because of lack of customer service and miscommunication So far this month i had to make two visits for something that should of happened on one visit because of lack of customer service and miscommunication between staff which affected me the customer... i don’t appreciate having to pay unnecessary tolls and gas to come from New York to New Jersey when i don’t have to...after working 16 hours at work, i was unsatisfied having to sit in the dealership almost half of that for an incomplete job More
Flawless Experience From Beginning To End I was told the service would take roughly 1 hour. I pulled up, handed my keys to a very nice gentleman who directed me to the waiting area where I was I was told the service would take roughly 1 hour. I pulled up, handed my keys to a very nice gentleman who directed me to the waiting area where I was provided high quality seating, refreshments and snacks. The rest room was easily accessible, very clean and even equipped with a mouth wash dispenser. (I have never seen that before) brilliant idea! It can never hurt to rinse after a meal or snack lol I was in my vehicle with my keys, receipt in hand after 1 hour and 3 minutes. Ya can’t ask for much more than that! Thank you Fette Infinity! More

Service Dept is why I stay I have had 3 Infiniti vehicles. I stay because of the Service Dept., particularly my Service Advisor Gary Mattis. He is the best. I can contact him at I have had 3 Infiniti vehicles. I stay because of the Service Dept., particularly my Service Advisor Gary Mattis. He is the best. I can contact him at any time, explain to him what is going on with my vehicle, and he ensures that my issue is resolved immediately. I think of all the years, I may have returned to the dealership once on an issue that wasn't resolved. In that instance, the mechanic took a ride with me and advised me on what the issue was. The Service Dept. and Advisor are the two factors I look at when buying a vehicle because the ongoing relationship will be with them long after you purchase the vehicle. Gary is great and because of him I stay with Infiniti...and I like their cars too. More
An efficient and pleasant experience. Took about 5 minutes to drop off my car for service and leave with a loaner. Service Rep called a few hours later with recommended maintenance items Took about 5 minutes to drop off my car for service and leave with a loaner. Service Rep called a few hours later with recommended maintenance items and estimated all-in price. Three hours later my car was ready. Dropped off my Loaner, paid my bill and left with my car; again took about 5 minutes. No surprises, no hassles. More
