Great experience! !! As everyone knows car shopping can be very stressful, after dealing with couple of different dealerships and dealing with difficult and unhelpful s !! As everyone knows car shopping can be very stressful, after dealing with couple of different dealerships and dealing with difficult and unhelpful salesman me and my wife came to Fette INFINITY, we didn’t expect anything different but we got pleasantly surprised. We parked in front of the dealerships and as soon as we approached the entrance we got greeted by mr.James Segreto. He brought us to his desk and we started discussing the options and the vehicles he had in stock and he offered us to see couple of vehicles they have. After looking at couple of different models we decided to go with INFINITY QX50.James had a lot of patience and he showed us few different cars, we also wanted to trade in our car so James offered us to do a road test of one of Infinity’s until he prepared everything for us and give us the estimate on our car. After finishing the road test we decided that QX50 is a right car for us, we looked at few different ones and decided on a color and the trim level we want. James helped us get a GREAT DEAL, a lot better than we expected and he also went above and beyond to prepare everything for us next day so when we got back to the dealership we wouldn’t wait long. I can say for sure that James and the way he treated us is the reason why we decided to buy a car from Fette INFINITY!!! More
