Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealer, especially if you plan to purchase used. Their CPOprog means nothing once you have purchased it - it’s USED and as a result your vehicle will not ge especially if you plan to purchase used. The VP of operations VINCENT GRACE is an unprofessional, narcissistic man with a superiority complex, as well as a condescending demeanor. He has no remorse for the way his consumers are being taken advantage of! His attitude and way of conducting business is the kind people should be frantically warning you about!!!! Keenan is a terrible salesman interested only in making as much money off of his customers, and will attempt to forge documents, and switch over information regarding miles/warranties/contract details without your initial knowledge. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST TRASH HERE. You NEVER get assistance with anything & you’ll be left in debt with a broken down car. Save your money, go somewhere else. UPDATE: if you want a real CSR and someone to actually give you answers and assistance, ask for GABRIEL SANCHEZ from finance dept. He might just be the only decent human being in that entire place. Horrible experience. Car priced $3K over Nada value. My FCU called them "shysters". Their financing came in at 10% higher apr and they wanted to insist that I use them! Kept harassing me with slightly lowered price when I clearly told them my highest offer and stated I would not deal above that. When my plates finally came in, the GM was VERY aggressive and seemed to take the deal personally. He hadn't responded to my requests for a second fob and stated that he didn't need to because I wouldn't drive two hours to "renegotiate" over my top price. MVC says they lied about not being able to get special plates - they only needed to check a box instead of making me go in after getting regular plates first. I purchased my own keys/fobs and asked them to program and the GM said it would cost $300. Overall, my impression of the salesman, Johnny, was fantastic, his management "Charles" was absolutely predatory, confrontational, and took normal behavior as a personal insult. I will definitely drive an extra hour out of my way for my next Infiniti to not have to deal with such hostility. More
