Love My Q50S I'm no stranger to the Infiniti brand, but never got a vehicle from Fette, so I visited them when looking for a new Q50. My mother purchased a vehicle from them so I thought I would give them a shot based on the experience she told me about. While I was looking around their beautiful showroom, Alex offered to help me and was fantastic. The test drive exemplified and explained the features I was curious about and then we were able to figure out the model, package combination, and color that fit my criteria. I also dealt with Charles, his sales manager, and Fernando, the finance manager, all of whom were additional pleasures to work with. My experience included friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service; that is exactly how the sales process should go and I found it at Fette. I went to Fette after turning down a few other vehicles from a different dealership, because they were not up to my (very high) mechanical standards. Rami was my salesman, and he was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with - not pushy, very knowledgeable, and overall just a great guy. Fette did not have any vehicles in the color I was looking for, but they were able to show me a car they had just hours ago received off a lease - not yet even listed for sale. This car ended up being all I was looking for - then came the question of money. I let Rami know what I could do, which was certainly less than the list price. Rami came to me with an offer that fit my budget right from the get-go, and went above and beyond with Charles (the sales manager) to make it happen for me. When it comes time for me to get another vehicle, Fette will be the only place I go, and Rami will be the man I ask for! No room for negotiation! In my opinion I feel that they draw a very rigid line in negotiations. I was looking at pre-owned certified cars. The price they first offered is actually not bad, around 26000 while the internet listing price is 28000. However, there should be additional room for negotiation after, but they wouldn't budge. I feel that they are playing games, which I suppose i should expect, but I think that they are wasting my time. Also, they play the game of having a middleman between you and the ultimate decision maker, you talk to one guy but then he has to go to another to get the final permission. In my opinion, its a very annoying, wasteful, and unnecessary version of bad cop good cop. More

I walked in the dealer looking a little less than presentable however, my Sales Person Steve did not prejudge me in any way. He worked with me as if I was a loyal customer. From introduction, to closing everyone was great to deal with, pleasant, and no pressure. They addressed all my concerns, help guide me in the right decision making direction, and were incredibly professional. Everything I would expect when purchasing an Infiniti. I am glad that I will continue my loyalty to a great brand and now I have found a great dealer to work with. I would highly recommend working with Fette Infiniti, I don't see anyway you would be let down. More
