Incredibly bad customer service Called 4 times to try to make an appointment for oil change. First time the receptionist put me through to Service department and nobody answered. Thi Called 4 times to try to make an appointment for oil change. First time the receptionist put me through to Service department and nobody answered. This was around 11am. Second call a few minutes later and I was put on hold for 11 minutes. Third call I was told to hold on, with no apology for the 10 minute hold earlier, and then AGAIN put on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and dialed again and asked the receptionist what exactly was going on there today. She promptly hung up on me. I have been dealing with this place for 10 years because of its proximity to my home. I will NEVER do business with them again from this day forward. More

Excellent customer service I was looking for a car for my daughter who is just getting her license. He took down some notes gave me a couple of options and told me he would find something that would meet my criteria and would be best fit for a new driver. Within 10 minutes he called back and told he found a great fit for me. We setup an appointment and when I got there he introduced me to Manny Pujols and they show me the car. To my surprise it was perfect. I also looked at a few other cars there, but the Nissan that Matthew picked out was the one I purchased. Manny and Matthew showed excellent customer service way above anything I would have excepted from the first phone call to the delivery of the car. They worked with me to meet my concerns, my daughter's budget, and her wants for a vehicle. They were not pushy and they did not try to sell me something I did not want. I have a few other children who will also need vehicles soon and I will definitely contact this dealership first. More
