Rami Homsi Leased my car with Rami and he told me Sirius xm was free for the full term of my lease. After 3 months, I got a letter from Sirius saying my free sub Leased my car with Rami and he told me Sirius xm was free for the full term of my lease. After 3 months, I got a letter from Sirius saying my free subscription was up and when I followed up with Rami he said he could do nothing about it and didn't even try to help. Worst new car experience i had in my lifetime I purchased a Q50 from Fette in December 2016. They were scheduled to deliver the car to me in the morning, but they came at 9:30 PM when it was dark I purchased a Q50 from Fette in December 2016. They were scheduled to deliver the car to me in the morning, but they came at 9:30 PM when it was dark outside. The delivered the car with a damaged paint job that was not visible at night. The next morning when I called to complain I was told that it will be taken care of after the new year because they are too busy right now. It is now mid-January and I still have not had my car repaired. I was told that they would pick up my car on Monday 1-9-17 but when they did not show up I was advised that they are upset that I complained to Infiniti Corporate and will not come that day. Still waiting on them to come pick up and repair the car. If this car was delivered during the day like it was supposed to be I would never have signed for it and would have sent it back. Buyer Beware. If you have a problem with your new car you will be on your own. More
