Soooooo long Infiniti! Let me begin by saying, this was the WORST customer service I've experienced in the past 10 years of Infiniti ownership!!! I was looking to lease my F Let me begin by saying, this was the WORST customer service I've experienced in the past 10 years of Infiniti ownership!!! I was looking to lease my FOURTH vehicle with this dealership, and I was specifically told by the salesman (if you want to call him that) Fernando, that my "loyalty was built into that price" that he was offering me! He later told me that "there were no incentives at this time"!! Are you kidding me? Spring Event month, Memorial Day, end of month, loyal customer for 10 years...well all of that went out of the window dealing with Fernando!! He also informed me that he "was between jobs right now" so needless to say he was NOT an experienced or loyal salesman. So needless to say, Infiniti lost a long time customer thanks to the inexperienced salesman named Fernando! Stay away from this guy at all costs...he will come nowhere near the price you are looking to pay. He even told me that I might as well just buy a Honda at that price!! Don't make the mistake and waste your time dealing with this dealership...that's 3 hours I will never get back. So much for customer loyalty... More
Incompetent and rude finance team I had a good experience up until I had to deal with the Finance team. Simon Chbihi was annoyingly persistent in trying to sell me the miscellaneous in I had a good experience up until I had to deal with the Finance team. Simon Chbihi was annoyingly persistent in trying to sell me the miscellaneous insurance after I've told him repeatedly that I was not interested. Next, Pat Rizzo messed up the paperwork causing me to have to return to the dealership to re-sign the papers. In addition, they did not make my lease payments on time on the vehicle I was giving up to lease one of theirs, causing a late fee and hit to my credit line. This was totally unacceptable and they were very unapologetic and unwilling to help with this matter. I will never purchase/lease a vehicle from Fette Infiniti again. More

Good experience buying used Infinity QX60 Came in Fette Infiniti looking for a used 7 seater SUV. Already looked at 2014 GMC Acadia, Buick Enclave and finally Infiniti QX60. Carlos Colon was my sales manager and provided excellent service. Not pushy at all and was very helpful answering questions. He found the vehicle that was in my budget and had the options I wanted. Test drove it and couple days later brought my wife in to approve. We filled out paper work then drove it home. So far so good and I also bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty which was completely my decision and not hassled to purchase. In terms of price I used CarGurus and KBB as the basis for my negotiation. I was impressed with their car prep and handed it to me almost looking brand new. More
