Advised my emission dashboard light/icon stays on. 1.5 hours later I got my car back nicely washed and the emission light/icon had disappeared from my dashboard. Yay. BUT, the next day the light was was back on and we hadn't gotten gas or opened the gas cap or anything. Major Ugh. Will be calling again. More

It saved me from coming back, getting a loaner car, etc. I highly recommend this service dealer. More
Superb Salesman, poor Certification process Brian was excellent at his job in sales. It was sweltering hot that day I looked at the Q40's, and Brian Peynado stayed with me all the while as I c Brian was excellent at his job in sales. It was sweltering hot that day I looked at the Q40's, and Brian Peynado stayed with me all the while as I carefully studied all 9 Q40's and test drove three. Brian was exceptionally polite, well spoken, friendly, and got the deal done. The issue with the Certification is as follows: Fette paperwork as well as the Carfax report stated that the brake rotors has been "resurfaced". They were NOT. I noticed the warped rotors the day after picking up the car and one week later took my Q40 to Flemington Infiniti (near where I live). They confirmed the rotors were noticeably warped and had NOT been resurfaced, so they properly resurfaced them. Now the car stops smoothly. I will not be bringing my Q40 back to Fette for service based on this incident, even though Fette is nearby my workplace. Regards, Howard More
