Initially, I was concerned of having to engage in fatiguing negotiations after traveling from nearly two hours away. However, to my relief, I enjoyed the interactions I had with Rami, who provided incredibly professional and straight-forward communication. In all honesty, I couldn't have asked for better service from both Rami, the sales representative, and Daniel, the sales manager. There was a minor aesthetic issue with the pre-owned vehicle and they gladly took responsibility to have the issue fixed in an expedited manner, no questions asked. I was returning for a second visit to pick up the vehicle and they even had the vehicle detailed once more. It was encouraging to see their attention and effort in minor details. Gabriel, the finance manager, was also terrific to work with. I never felt pressured into purchasing additional options on the vehicle. Gabriel respected particular options I chose to decline and focused on the next concrete task at hand in the process. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Fette Infiniti. Not only are the staff courteous and friendly, they're equally as responsible, thorough, and honest when it comes to the car buying process itself, which I appreciated. I'd certainly look forward to returning to Fette Infiniti for my next vehicle down the road.
