Great Service Experience I have been going to this service center for 6 years now. Every time I go, I wait and enjoy the complimentary coffee and bagels while my car is being I have been going to this service center for 6 years now. Every time I go, I wait and enjoy the complimentary coffee and bagels while my car is being worked on. They offer free wifi, TV and great environment to relax or work. They always get me out in about 1 hour. They never push services on you. I visited another Infiniti once and they were trying to push services I didnt need. I never went back there again. More

Amazing Service and Personnel I had a blow out of a tire on a Saturday approximately 11:00 a.m. AAA put a temporary tire on and I took my chances driving over to Fette Infiniti as I had a blow out of a tire on a Saturday approximately 11:00 a.m. AAA put a temporary tire on and I took my chances driving over to Fette Infiniti as this was my first experience with this situation and I needed my car for Monday morning for business travel. The kindness and professionalism was beyond anything I could have expected. By the end of the day I had my car back and was able to work on Monday. Thank you Infiinity and thank you Todd. More
I was quoted one price and was asked to pay another Roger was nice enough but I shouldn't have to negotiate the price of my repair once I was quoted an amount of $1,300 and showed up and it was almost $ Roger was nice enough but I shouldn't have to negotiate the price of my repair once I was quoted an amount of $1,300 and showed up and it was almost $1,500. I think 100% mark up on parts is a little over the top. The Cashier was picking his ear and examing the sample of whatever it was that he pulled from his ear while I was standing waiting for Roger to review the price. I was totally disgusted. Further, I parked the loaner car in a visitors spot upon my return with my daughter in the car who has a broken leg (close to my car) so she could relocate easily and was scolded by one of the service people that I should pull into the bay upon my return. I explained the situation and he then repeated as if I didn't hear him the first time...you need to pull into the bay when you arrive. I need to negotiate a new deal and return my car and I certainly won't be doing it at this dealership if this is they way they treat customers. More

Simple and issue resovled. Brought my car in to have a rear passenger vibration that had occurred for a few weeks and was driving me crazy. Also, confirmed that my first service Brought my car in to have a rear passenger vibration that had occurred for a few weeks and was driving me crazy. Also, confirmed that my first service was not due yet and was told my service alert would be reset. The panel vibration was discovered to be a loose fuel line that came loose from it's holding clip. However, the service alert was not reset. The waiting area was nice and comfortable with snacks and beverages. All in all it was a good experience. More
