Sorry we didn't get to it on the next day because my guys are staying only till 4:30 on a weekday. I really don't care what time they leave, they wasted my valuable time and I ended up getting my car the next day with absolutely nothing resolved. What a waste of time! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't even think about using their service department. More
Above and beyond I came in with my daughters Focus (purchased June 3,2016) which didn't have mats when I purchased it. We also had the bottom air cover come off and we I came in with my daughters Focus (purchased June 3,2016) which didn't have mats when I purchased it. We also had the bottom air cover come off and we thought it was something we had to pay to get repaired. Mario came to the rescue and showed me what REAL CUSTOMER service is. He took care of everything. I would recommend Mario to everyone I know and I plan to come see him in the near future to purchase my Next vehicle!!!!..Thank You Mario More

Very Poor Service Experience I took my 2013 Ford Fusion into Fette Ford for service after it broke down on the side of the road. At first, I was pleased with my initial communica I took my 2013 Ford Fusion into Fette Ford for service after it broke down on the side of the road. At first, I was pleased with my initial communication with my Service Advisor, Gene. After a few days, I was contacted and told my repairs were fixed and the car was ready to be picked up. I picked up the car in the afternoon the same day and it drove away fine. Two hours later, the car broke down again on the side of the road. I called Fette back and to my disappointment, no one seemed remotely concerned or sympathetic that this happened again. I had my car towed to the dealership once again. I was contacted the next day by the dealership and they apologized and stated the technician did not see a small part that needed to be replaced, but it had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. Again, no apologies or kind connotations. When I returned to pick up the car, I went to start it as I was leaving their garage, and it died again. I approached the Service Manager and he did not have an explanation as to what happened but assured be he would personally oversee the repairs. Fast forward 5 days later, they told me a battery cell needed to be replaced which was what caused all of the break downs. I picked up the car and proceeded home. The following morning as I was heading to work, the car broke down once again on the side of a VERY busy interstate, which was frightening and obviously dangerous. Following this incident, I made the decision to have my car towed to a different dealership in NJ. I'm very disappointed at the level of service I received at Fette Ford. Not only did I have to have the car towed on multiple occasions, I also had to find personal transportation home from the dealership when I literally could not leave their garage after I was told it was repaired. I would have expected more compassion and understanding from the staff at this location due to the numerous occasions that I was inconvenienced by all of these service oversights. Even a common courtesy of having the car washed before I picked it up would have been a nice gesture, but nothing. I hope that others who frequent this dealership don't have to deal with such a detrimental and inconvenient experience with the service department. More

Horrible, Sad, Disappointed & Streesed I am very unhappy with EVERYTHING!! I got stuck on rt.80 in the middle of the highway. So, my car was towed to Fette Kia on 3/15/16 because of engin I am very unhappy with EVERYTHING!! I got stuck on rt.80 in the middle of the highway. So, my car was towed to Fette Kia on 3/15/16 because of engine issues (which is supposed to be covered under my warranty). The service dept asked for my receipts (which i have provided) and they were supposed to get to fixing my engine. However, i had to call them numerous times over a 2 week span, to see what is taking so long and come to find out, they said that it wasn't going to be covered under my warranty and i would have to pay $7,800 out of pocket.The reason is because my engine had soot and seemed like i wasn't getting my oil changed and maintenance. (WHY COULDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT SOONER?) I was getting my scheduled oil changes and oil changes before my 7,200 miles, i provided them with all the receipt and paperwork that i had. I think they are just giving me a run around, because they don't want to cough up a new engine that i am entitled to get because i am under warranty. Fette Kia and Kia Corp is just giving me a run around and its soooo sad!!! I have a lawyer working on this as we speak, so hopefully, they can work this out with my lawyer since they seem like they have VERY LITTLE respect for me. I have been so calm and patient with them, but they don't take well to niceness so i have a lawyer and filed a claim on the Better Business Bureau. I have spent so much on a rental (because Fette doesn't provide one) and i missed days and hrs at my job because of this. So now this is in my lawyers hands. Something is very fishy and i don't trust them and neither should you. Trying to work with Robert and Bruce Hart(Heart) from Fette Kia and no call backs etc. This is HORRIBLE!!! I am so bothered by how they are trying to screw me over, they dont care!!!!!! I CANT WAIT TO GIVE THIS CAR BACK, I WANT NO PARTS OF KIA ANYMORE!!! THIS WAS SUCH A BAD MISTAKE AND A STRESSFUL ONE!! Getting a car is soo exciting, but just wait until you have problems and see how Fette treats you. If you really want a Kia THAT BAD, go to Jack Daniels Kia on Rt. 4 in Fairlawn. They are great, and the waiting room while you wait to get your oil change is very nice and clean and the service staff is clean, organized and EXTREMELY NICE AND FUNNY!! STAY AWAY FROM KIA'S ESPECIALLY FETTE KIA!!! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!!! TRUST ME!! More
Go somewhere else for service! I had my car brought in to replace the side view mirror on the driver's side, first the wrong part it ordered delaying the repair, then the same night I had my car brought in to replace the side view mirror on the driver's side, first the wrong part it ordered delaying the repair, then the same night the mirror is finally replaced the interior light for my car would not turn off. After several minutes it finally did and at first I thought nothing of it. Then several time over the course of the week my dashboard light would ring door ajar and the interior lights would all go on (while driving this would also occur and my doors would unlock because of this). I would pull over or if I was still parked I would open and the door (often several time for the alert to finally turn off). The only thing that could be the reason (since it was the driver's door this would occur with) was the side view mirror on the driver side door that was just replaced. When my car was brought back to see have it fixed we were told the computer for the mirror and the alert for the door ajar open was in a different place????? So what now I am expected to pay to have someone elses error fixed. Ridiculous!!! The service center can't even own up to its own error?! Don't Bother coming here. More

Nothing that they promised has been given. Service is below par. Don't buy a service contract for oil changes - you will wait forever, if you can get them on the phone to make an appointment. You can leave a message to be called back, but they won't. I like Ford but definitely will go to another dealership next time. More

They did not close off a part so my car leaked oil. It cost me calling someone else to help me out of this issue. Do you have a service contract with us. This is after I have been going there for 5 years. Not sure what the use of a computer is with them.. One would think once you file for service that your name would pop up. But this explains that once they have your sale the care dwindles the closer you get to the fence line. This morning. Again do you have an appointment -- Not sure why I bother going to this place. Monday I am calling the BBB -- John Fette you need to look into what is going on in your business. I left you a message today. Let us see how much you care. More
