Disinterested employee I was the 2nd person in for The Works service. I waited approx 45-60 minutes for the completion. As I was making payment I mentioned I had received a I was the 2nd person in for The Works service. I waited approx 45-60 minutes for the completion. As I was making payment I mentioned I had received a service coupon for $39.95 but had switched bags and left it home. I asked if I could pay them run home and bring it back for a credit back on my card. The boy at the counter just said no we don’t do that. Really? I love 12 minutes away. I was really disappointed. It cost me $17 more!! More
The Quick Lane service is always suspect. My most recent visit resulted in m shaving to question the charges and, come to find out, they were trying to charge me double the rate for an oil cha My most recent visit resulted in m shaving to question the charges and, come to find out, they were trying to charge me double the rate for an oil change. If I hadn't questioned it I would have paid too much. There is always something they tell me I need, but when I talk to the service department at the Dealer they tell me I'm fine. This last visit was the last straw. I am out of warranty so from now on I will find another mechanic to do the regular maintenance. More
Customer satisfaction I came in to Fette Ford told Carissa the service manager that I had purchased my suv a year ago and my hood was rusting out already. She looked into it told me that there was a chain of command process that needed to go through before she can promise anything. So she then called me and told me that Ford approved the change of my hood, the good thing was that it was absolutely free. She set me up with an appointment and in two days my car was ready. Thank you Carissa you rock. More
