I have already contacted Ford Corporate and your dealership to document the whole experience. Short of changing leadership of service center, I see nothing that would make me want to call to discuss. I have remedied my concerns by never returning to Fette Ford.- unless of course the car needs to be towed- then it is coming back to Fette. I see no reason to buy a car at Fette and have to go someplace else for decent service because of the incompetence and lies of person that heads the Service center . Common sense would tell me to buy a car at a dealership that has good service.- and that would not be Fette. You can thank Anthony and his lies and deceit for losing this customer. I gave only 1 star; not the 2 stars that show up. Thank you for your reply
