Horrible Service Center- NO customer relations whatsoever If I could give the service center (and Anthony) a negative rating I would; he earned it. Brought in 2019 Escape that I had for 2 months- needed a ne If I could give the service center (and Anthony) a negative rating I would; he earned it. Brought in 2019 Escape that I had for 2 months- needed a new transmission. Technician said it was not drive able; I said I would need a loaner. They do not give loaners when there is no diagnosis. The fact that it is not drive able apparently is not a diagnosis to them. I got jerked around until I escalated a ticket from Ford to dealer. Anthony calls me and says he has a loaner for me- but I have to get there in 15 minutes; which he knows is impossible. Anthony only "finds" a loaner when he knows I have Ford on the other line. Nothing but lies from Anthony. He refused to reimburse me to rent a car; and had to go without a car. Say he will have it first thing in the morning; call first thing in the morning and he tells me he has an Escape and shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. Shuttle does not come until 45 minutes later; said he was told to go to Paterson first; and big surprise there is no Escape to be had for a loaner. He has zero customer skills and should not be working with customers. He is a bad reflection on this dealership and those that are nice do not deserve the negativity he brings in. It is unlikely I will recommend this dealer and certainly not the service center. However if you HAVE no choice but to go there- ask to work with Jeff. He is the total opposite of Anthony; there should be a role reversal for that position. I doubt there would be such negative posts if Jeff ran that service area. More

11 days and counting on my repair! This dealership has had my car for over a week now. I had a transmission light come on. I call and they say sure we can look at it today, come by. I wait two hours in the waiting room before getting fed up, asking for a status, and finally getting one. Days go by, and I find out they rejected my warranty claim. this process took about 4 days. then after hours on the phone with Ford corporate, they agreed to cover about half the cost. that was Wednesday. then I get told the parts are back-ordered, and will be available Monday. call on Monday, parts haven't arrived, no status given, they don't know anything, and have done zero follow up before I call and ask. Call on Tuesday, parts still not arrived, no status known, parts will arrive "in a day or two" 11 days and counting! More
