Needed oil change, short on time but the Fette Mobile service made the oil change so easy! They came to my home and did it right here! They called me when they arrived for appointment, actually arriv service made the oil change so easy! They came to my home and did it right here! The tech that came was very courteous and professional, explaining what he was going to do! They even topped off all of the fluids in the truck! Would highly recommend this Mobile service to anyone short on time! Valerie who takes the calls and does scheduling was great too! So give her a call and schedule for next service! More

My 2020 Explorer had a recall on the rear backup camera. The day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Fette's Service Department asking if I would like to have the repair done in my driveway, instead at the dealership, by their new mobile service unit. This is a free service, and I was able to select a convenient time for the appointment. Two technicians called me to confirm the appointment and update their arrival status. All work was done on in my condo's parking lot. including a free systems inspection. Both technicians were professional and through, completing the task and test driving my car to make final calibrations on the camera and sensors. I was very pleased with this new service and the work by the technicians. More
*(A Service Review) Such a sad experience for such a long standing dealership. First, No one calls you back after you leave messages just simply looking for updates. No matter if it's the service advisor or the Service Manager. They had my car 2 weeks, to do warranty work - torque converter, front camera sensor & front breaks. Waited a week for the torque converter for my 2019 Edge. I was told they do not provide any loaner cars anymore. however, I was also told they were waiting on the camera, then after that was installed, they said that the bracket was broken & that the warranty would not approve of the bracket so they replaced the bracket. Second, I was then told the bracket was $88 & that I'd have to pay that. This was after the fact. without prior authorization to replace. I DID NOT approve of the replacement of this bracket. after telling them I would not be paying for this. I said I'd kindly split the cost with them which I did not need to do. They agreed, as I drive off... I soon realize that my car seemed to make a sound after a complete stop. I return the Edge on Monday first thing in the morning before work, I was called back saying it was a loose bolt, it was fixed! However... I drive off yet again.. still making the same noise. I waited for 15-20 mins to have a service manager take a test drive with me so they can hear the sound. only after this.. did they realize that it needed motor mounts. 3 Weeks Total they had my Edge. Why Does My Ford Edge at 57K miles needing motor mounts? NOW READY FOR THE BEST PART of this Review... I was alerted on my Ford App that my car was no longer located at Fette Ford after closing hours. It was 12 miles away in Wayne NJ. I tracked it down to it's location. (I gave them the Address.) By morning I tracked it back at Fette Ford. After mentioning this.. I was told that this was not the case & no one drives customers vehicles home. I was told that I must of read it wrong & my tracking must of been off, because they "Checked The Cameras" & it did not leave the dealership. Soooo, from the last time I drove my car to the time I drove off the lot... My Edge now had 33 NEW miles on it. NO ONE TEST DRIVES A VEHICLE a total of 33 Miles!!!! I was Lied to. I will NO LONGER be leaving my vehicle at Fette Ford/Kia/Infiniti over night. I no longer can trust a word they tell me. Be aware If you deal with Fette Ford's Service Department. They have a great Sales Manager in Chris... who took care of me when I purchased.. & who I called when I was looking for a call back after 10 Days. Just a bad experience!!! More

Example: car is serviced for air conditioning but as a result, venting system develops movement binding issues that make audible disconcerting noises. This should have been tested and discovered before car was returned and either fixed as part of the intended repair or brought to the attention of owner for the option to repair. More

Took my car to Fette Ford Kia in Clifton, NJ because I received notification that there was a recalled part for my vehicle. My check engine light came on the night prior to my taking the car in. I thou received notification that there was a recalled part for my vehicle. My check engine light came on the night prior to my taking the car in. I thought that if the recalled part was replaced, the check engine light would go off (as I had that happen in a previous Ford that I owned). When I took the car in for service, the technician (Sole) told me that my engine coolant reservoir was empty and that my engine needed to be replaced. She did the research to discover that the repair was still under warranty and that I was entitled to a rental car, both free of charge! The repair only took 3 days. The recalled part was replaced, the engine was replaced, and they replaced a missing cap from my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I recommend this location to any Ford motor vehicle owner and am satisfied with the efficient level of work done. Thanks, Fette Ford Kia! More
I own a HONDA . Driving on a real heavily underhghway construction my passengers side f2 tires were slashed. My car stared t listing and i was lucky to make it to Fette FORD about 5 minutes or less from where my tires were slashed The man Cicero reached out to assist me. He ordered new tires to be installed that morning. The best part Cicero kept me informed every step of the way prior to giving me back my car to drive off,He also recommended i go back to the construction sight and speak to a project manager to explain what just happened. . The project manager and i checked and found a metal spiked unit was exposed and that lashed my tires. The receipt from Fette Ford was summited to this managers boss. I am going to be reimbursed the 500.00. . Thank you for great service from Cicero. More
