Great people, great service. Ask for Adam! I was introduced to Fette Ford three years ago when, after owning a car for several years, I decided to sign on to my first lease. I had shopped aroun I was introduced to Fette Ford three years ago when, after owning a car for several years, I decided to sign on to my first lease. I had shopped around at several dealerships that all left me feeling really uncomfortable, pressured, and like, as a woman, the salesmen saw an easy target. When I showed up at Fette, I was guarded and ready for a fight, but all of the representatives were really friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. I was able to let down my guard and relax and, ultimately, I leased from them. Even after the lease, the follow-up from the man I worked with was great...not too much to annoy me, but just enough to convince me that he genuinely cared about me liking the car and knowing how to use all of its features. Yesterday, I returned to Fette, as my first lease was ending. Again, I was ready for an annoying experience, but I met with Adam H. and he was fantastic. I felt totally comfortable and he didn't pressure me to do anything. I really felt like he was genuinely trying to find me all the features I was looking for without going above what I was willing to pay monthly. He drove through crazy traffic twice to get me cars from other lots and he stayed really late to help me. Super friendly, super approachable, patient, genuine, funny...he just seemed like a really good guy in general, which is not what you expect to encounter when buying a new car. He even spent a good chunk of time helping me with the settings on the touch screen, syncing my phone, and going over how to use new features that I wasn't familiar with. And, I really can't say enough good things about the service department at Fette. The desk staff are really great...they'll remember your name. I'd definitely recommend Fette Ford and I'd absolutely suggest asking for Adam! More
