I first walked in with no hope to qualify for a new car and he made everything possible, he was so unique and professional, to sit me down and explained that I didn't qualify for my Kia Sorento 2015 I jumped up of joy... Juancarlos even helped me with Paul from finances to get low payment for my car. Due too my circumstances that I have 4 kids and really couldn't afford it but this guy's made it happen... Its a blessing how much they help me out they took in consideration that I'm a mother and as well need to feed my kids and survive, but as well needed a good car that will not give me problems at the end of the day.. Can depend on it.. An that's were Juancarlos worked his magic and approved me for my Kia Sorento 2015.. Omg!!! I am so happy and satisfied with his service and the manager as well... We love the car, but we’re a somewhat disappoi We have been buying our cars from Fette Ford for over 40 years. Last month we purchased a 2018 mustang. We love the car, but we’re a somewhat disappointed with the service. There was an issue with the lack of a stabilizer bar for the engine that according to the in-line specs should have been included. It took several visits to get the issue resolved. The mustang had a price tag of over $40,000. The cost of the stabilizer bar was less then $200. It should not have been an issue. Thankfully, with the help of Mario Castillano, the issue was resolved. We have learned our lesson. As in the past, in the future we will go directly to Mario. More
