Worst car experience of my life. I told my customer rep from minute one that I had a time limit (I had a funeral to go to). No matter how many times I told him I had to leave and that I would be happy to return the following open day, he kept stalling, running out, talking to managers, etc. I was over an hour late to the funeral, and I would have HAPPILY returned. As it happened I needed to return anyway. What a fiasco. When I tried to schedule a time to return, I tried for 3 hours STRAIGHT to talk to a human at the dealership for me to come in to sign the remaining paperwork and I could not find a human. THREE HOURS. I wrote the following email to my rep and his email BOUNCED BACK TO ME. I tried 3 other emails and they all bounced back. Do you want to know how I finally reached someone at Fette Kia? I went to the website and filled out the "contact me" form. 2 hours later someone responded to that. The email I sent to 4 different emails and did not arrive to anyone was the following: This is my last attempt out of 7 attempts this morning to reach a human at Fette Kia. I called at 9:15 this morning to try to set up a time for me to come down and sign the paperwork that we did not get to sign on Saturday for the Forte. I was placed on hold and after 19 minutes and 43 seconds I gave up and hung up. I tried calling the number/extension on your business card 2 times, and get a voice mail that was not your name nor your voice. I called the front desk 2 times between 9:45 and 10:05 and did not get a human but voice mail. I called for the last time at 10:10, asked to speak to a manager and got his voice mail. I left a long, frustrated message on his voice mail, and later found out that THAT voice mail box was on old one and no one ever listened to that message either. But to sum up: I am free this morning until 11 O'clock to sign your paperwork. Since no one can talk to me, I assume that is a no go. I am available after work, around 5:30 today. After that, I am not free until Friday, and I leave on Saturday for 3 weeks on vacation. If no one gets back to me after the 4 different voice messages that I left, I will assume that the paperwork I currently have signed is sufficient, and that all is taken care of at this point. I will be working from 11am onward so leave me a voice message if I do not answer my phone. Your client service at Kia has been absolutely horrendous. At this point, I might just return the car. Frustrated and completed aggravated and it is only 10:20 in the morning, This does not end my nightmare experience. I finally got a call back around 1 pm. I was told by the manager that I could come any time and my paperwork would be ready and waiting for me and that he would be there. I told him I would be there after 5:30 an expected to sign the paperwork and leave. I got there at 5:45. After 6 o’clock I was still waiting for the paperwork. I know 15 minutes does not sound like a lot, but I was told that MY PAPERWORK WOULD BE READY TO SIGN. Robbie that manager came over 5 times while I was sitting there to ask if I wanted coffee or water. Every time I said no, I just wanted my xxxx paperwork. Why ask me 5 times for a drink? I want to ge t the xxxx out of there! Of course my paperwork was not ready and waiting for me. Then when I finally got to a finance person, all of my information was entered into the system incorrectly, so I had to wait while they corrected that. Almost an hour after I arrived I finally left. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE and I have bought and leased dozens of cars in my life. You could just about give me the Forte for free for the 3 year lease and I would NEVER reccommend this car or dealership to anyone ever. More
