He took me to a local branch of my bank to get the funds, since I didn’t know my way around his area. He and his cousin, also a sales rep. at the dealership, delivered the car to my doorstep in bad weather. Earlier, he drove to a remote parking lot so that we could look at every version of the trimline I was considering buying. These things are more than I expected from a car salesman, based on my previous experiences. The finance manager was also pleasant and reasonable. More
