Disinterested employee I was the 2nd person in for The Works service. I waited approx 45-60 minutes for the completion. I asked if I could pay them run home and bring it back for a credit back on my card. The boy at the counter just said no we don’t do that. Really? I love 12 minutes away. I was really disappointed. Customer satisfaction I came in to Fette Ford told Carissa the service manager that I had purchased my suv a year ago and my hood was rusting out already. She looked into i I came in to Fette Ford told Carissa the service manager that I had purchased my suv a year ago and my hood was rusting out already. She looked into it told me that there was a chain of command process that needed to go through before she can promise anything. So she then called me and told me that Ford approved the change of my hood, the good thing was that it was absolutely free. She set me up with an appointment and in two days my car was ready.
