I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dealership. My 2018 Ford Fusion had a recall and it took them weeks to fix. I had to bring it in for a THIRD TIME and now its leaking oil for the first time ever. I had an independent mechanic review and they somehow cracked a seal in my engine. This guy is unreliable and cannot be trusted! Back in September 2020, I had cosigned on a car loan for my son. We purchased a service protection plan at his recommendation. My son moved away and the service plan was no longer necessary since it was only honored at the Kia service department in Clifton, NJ. I quickly contacted this man both by phone and left him several messages in regards to cancelling the service agreement. I also emailed him too. He never returned my calls nor responded to my emails. I kept calling and finally got to talk to him. He told me the policy can be cancelled and that the amount will be credited towards the balance of the car loan. He assured me that he would take care of it. I didn't hear from again. As a result, I drove to his office in Clifton ,NJ, and met with him. He reassured me again that he will take of the issue and proceeded to complete some paperwork in my presence supposedly to cancel the policy and initiate the credit towards the car loan balance. It has been 7 months now, he still hasn't taken care of it! My calls and emails have been disregarded. The bank who financed the car loan confirmed that they have not heard from him either. Be careful dealing with this man. He is unprofessional and cannot be trusted! He doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I only chose 1 star because I had to choose a rating. I am totally disappointed and upset! More
This place has gone downhill! I started buying cars from them 20 years ago. The last 2 leasing experiences were just horrible. Turning in the lease was worse. Loyalty doesn't matter here! Horrible dealer that cost me money due to their disregard for others. I never bought from Fette ford before. Today 06/25/2021 at 5:00 pm I went there to test drive the 2021 bronco sports. 1. no one approached me to ask what am I doing there. So I had to ask some to open the doors of the Bronco sport to see it from the inside. 2. When I asked one of the sales people for help, he asked what are you planning doing today? I said test drive, then he said " And then?" I said well depends. So he kicked me to another sales person. I went to him and he asked Did you ask for me? I said no but I need someone to help me. The two started kicking me to the other. Then I said do not bother good bye. It seemed that dealers have enough sales not to care selling or treating customers right. That was the first and last visit to that dealership. The two people never care to introduce themselves. More

walked into Fette Ford on May 7 2021 needing a new car. Mitchell Goodson was my sales professional. he was honest , courteous, and very informative . there was no haggling. there was no deceit. Had a airbag recall scheduled via Ford at this dealership on my 2013 Mustang GT. Spent 2 hours for a job that most other Mustang owners have said took 20 minutes to do, at their dealership.. I had my car cleaned 2 days earlier, and I left with the interior dirtier than when I brought it there. I watched the technician BS'ing with one of his buddies, with my car running and in reverse, for almost 10 minutes. More
