I went to Fette ford to get a 2011 ford edge. I saw sammy and they started to work out a deal for me. we worked everything out and started to fill out paperwork. My salesman Sam and I went back and forth with Rob over what my model car that I was trading in was. i gave them all the registration information and the payoff was in order. Everything was fine Rob and Sam told me. About 1 hour into doing paperwork and agreeing on a price, Rob tells me that he would have to add 60 a month to the payment because he had the wrong model of my car written down. THIS WAS A DEALER ERROR!!!!ROB EVEN ADMITTED THAT HE WROTE DOWN THE WRONG MODEL AND HE HAD TO GIVE ME 4000 LESS FOR MY TRADE. AFTER LEAVING FETTE I WENT TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER AND WORKED OUT A DEAL FOR THE SAME PRICE AS ORIGINALLY STATED BY FETTE. FETTE IS DECEPTIVE IN THEIR SALES PRACTICES. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING IS THAT ROB AND SAMMY WERE SMILING AND CORDIAL THE WHOLE TIME. I GUESS THAT WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE SMILING BECAUSE THEY HAD A SUCKER. OR THEY THOUTGHT!! I have been to many dealerships in the past months searching for the right car for myself! Upon walking in I was greeted with smiles and was asked if I needed anything , (Coffee,Tea, ) I thought this searching for the right car for myself! A nice gent (Hamad Deeb) was absolutely helpful and had much knowledge about the fusion... Mr Deeb, suggested I take my time (which I did and did not feel preasure) There were two other really nice gents Rob and Chris, such a pleasent staff at this location. I closed a great deal with Mr Deebs, and would not have so if the employees were not so helpful. I recomend this dealership highly.... More

I've bought many new cars and NEVER has the negotiated price of the car rested on the amount financed. They refused to even talk to us unless we could commit to at least 2 hours of time with them AND a quote of the exact amount of money being put down. After explaining we were going to put down 25% of the cost we were told to come back when we had more time. I bought a car from this dealer 6 years ago and I thought I would have the same professional people working with me. I see I was wrong. Apparently the dealership is not run by the same people as before or people Ford would want to represent them. More
I visited this dealer to purchase a new car, 2011 model. I had two trade in cars, and was going to finance a new car. PROBLEM#1 In my first visit, dealer gave me an approximate trade in price for both my I had two trade in cars, and was going to finance a new car. In my second visit, I decided on purchasing the card, but they did not hold their promise and told me that the max price they can give was $13k and $11k. PROBLEM#2 I said OK to these prices and they told me that they can bring the car to me in max two days. We had some further discussion on prices and agreed on everything. At that time, they gave me two options 1. I could buy a 2010 model which was $4000 cheaper (but they declined to apply this difference on the total amount) 2. I can wait for 4-6 weeks to order a new car. This whole process took 2 and half hours. I went to other dealer, and both the 2011 model car for a cheaper price and higher value given to my trade ins.
