This dealership beat every other Kia dealership we went to. We were able to get a Kia Optima LX with navigation, no money down, 36 month lease for $310 a month. No dealership could beat that price. My wife needed to replace her car so she test drove several cars at Fette Ford. The salesman Mike Colombraro let her take her time and suggested different models. She liked the 2011 Ford Escape and she several cars at Fette Ford. The salesman Mike Colombraro let her take her time and suggested different models. She liked the 2011 Ford Escape and she told him that she would come back in the evening with me to finalize a deal. Mike said no problem and he asked us to call him on his cell phone because he would be off work, but would meet us at the dealership to go over the deal. We got a great deal on a Ford Escape and took it home that night. Mike set up the insurance, the Ford Sync System, XM Radio and explained all the controls for the vehicle. We are very happy with our new Ford Escape and would come back to Fette Ford the next time we need a vehicle. About four weeks later my Ford Taurus was parked on the street and was hit by another car. The Ford Taurus was totaled and I needed to replace my car as soon as the insurance company sent me a check. I went back to Fette Ford and talked to Mike. I test drove a 2012 Ford Fusion and I liked the car. I was out of the dealership two hours later with my new car. I want to thank the staff at Fette Ford for making my experience a pleasant one. More
Tough start but great ending. The team from the salesman on the floor, to management and finance were great to deal with through what most consider an arduous process, leasing or buy an automobile. I was very pleased with the customer service at Fette Ford. There can be alot of anxiety surrounding such a costly purchase. I went to Fette ford to get a 2011 ford edge. I saw sammy and they started to work out a deal for me. we worked everything out and started to fill out paperwork. My salesman Sam and I went back and forth with Rob over what my model car that I was trading in was. i gave them all the registration information and the payoff was in order. Everything was fine Rob and Sam told me. About 1 hour into doing paperwork and agreeing on a price, Rob tells me that he would have to add 60 a month to the payment because he had the wrong model of my car written down. THIS WAS A DEALER ERROR!!!!ROB EVEN ADMITTED THAT HE WROTE DOWN THE WRONG MODEL AND HE HAD TO GIVE ME 4000 LESS FOR MY TRADE. AFTER LEAVING FETTE I WENT TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER AND WORKED OUT A DEAL FOR THE SAME PRICE AS ORIGINALLY STATED BY FETTE. FETTE IS DECEPTIVE IN THEIR SALES PRACTICES. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING IS THAT ROB AND SAMMY WERE SMILING AND CORDIAL THE WHOLE TIME. I GUESS THAT WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE SMILING BECAUSE THEY HAD A SUCKER. OR THEY THOUTGHT!! I HAD THE LAST LAUGH!!!! More
