Fette Ford Kia

When I got divorced in 1984, I went to Fette (with my 2 sons) to get a new Mustang. I was led to a "I'm god's gift to women" salesman and when he asked what I was looking for, the manager said "She's look sons) to get a new Mustang. I turned to leave but was asked what I was looking for. I was specific in what I wanted: Manual trans, convertible. I was told I couldn't get a manual in a convertible and they proceeded to show me automatic trans vehicles with T-tops telling me they were "the same as a convertible". Needless to say, I bought nothing from these people. Bad experience #1. August, 2011, I decided that enough time passed and decided to give Fette another try. This time, I went alone and was looking for a Kia Soul with a manual trans, Alien Green. I was also willing to get red or black. Not one of the salespeople even offered to show me the inside of ANY of the Souls on the lot, let alone test drive one. I was told that it was impossible to get what I wanted because Kia didn't make many vehicles with manual transmissions and that I couldn't even order a new 2012 model to my specs. I was also told that I didn't want a manual because it was "too difficult" to drive, especially in traffic. So...two bad experiences YEARS apart. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. My son also had a bad experience with them when he bought his Mustang in 2005. He walked out on them and bought elsewhere. More
