We purchased our 2010 Mustang GT from Fette new in July of 2010. They were nothing but accommodating. We were trading in a Fusion and they did very well on the price for that and they did good by us in re of 2010. They were nothing but accommodating. We were trading in a Fusion and they did very well on the price for that and they did good by us in regards to the price of the Mustang, but first they had to find one. They searched high and low for an automatic GT and we wanted only Charcoal, Silver, White or Red without weird interior colors. Needless to they found us a Silver, automatic with black leather interior. :) We only use them for service on the car and they fit us in immediately. In fact we only use them for service on our 2004 Ford F150 as well. We are pleased with the dealership and would highly recommend them. More
First off my sales rep, Pedro Martinez was the most knowledgable car salesman I have ever met. I went to Fette Kia to get competitive pricing on a trade in and a new Optima in which I was going to purc knowledgable car salesman I have ever met. I went to Fette Kia to get competitive pricing on a trade in and a new Optima in which I was going to purchase from Maroon Kia in Wayne where my wife just purchased a Kia Sorrento. But Pedro and the Sales Manager would not let me leave, and I got the price I wanted for both vehicles.I would recommend Fette Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle and to work with Pedro. I was told at Jack Daniels Kia on Broadway/Route 4 in Fairlawn that purchasing a Kia Forte was not a possibility for me. They proceeded to tell me that my only option was a certified pre-owned car from t Fairlawn that purchasing a Kia Forte was not a possibility for me. They proceeded to tell me that my only option was a certified pre-owned car from their lot. They had very few options and at $300 a month when I work very hard for my money I wanted to at least be happy with the car I chose. Since I did not see anything I liked I told them I had to think about it. My daughter recommended the Fette dealership as they had a very large lot and I may find something I was more happy with. I spoke to Mike Varela and told him what I was told at the Kia in Fairlawn. He said he had some options. He said the he was going to review my credit to see what my options were as I wanted to pay $300 or less a month through financing. He crunched numbers and came out and told me that I was eligible to buy a new Kia Forte. I couldn't have been any happier to hear him say that. My original intention when going to the first dealership was to lease a 2012 Kia Forte for the $169 a month. I figured even though my credit wasn't great that I had a considerable down payment and we could work out a plan. Mike surpassed that and allowed me to be a first time car owner. I've worked very hard all my life and truly just needed a chance. I can now drive my new grandson around safely in a car and be fully covered via a premium service plan as explained by Pedro Martinez in their finance department. I am extremely happy to have gone there thinking I was going to walk out with a used car and instead I have a new car that I've worked hard to have. I couldn't express enough accolades about the service. I am so thankful especially when I sit in my car and can drive safely thanks only to Mike Varela and Pedro Martinez. They truly provided excellent customer service in making sure that I was a happy customer upon leaving their lot. All I can say to them from the bottom my heart is 'Thank You'!!!! More

I went to Fette ford because I saw a used 2007 Mustang on the website that I was interested in. I had owned another Mustang, however I had been looking for that specific year and model.
