As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Kevin Happle. He approached us in a welcoming manner and we were instantly in a better mood (coming from a bad experience with a kia dealer previously). Instead of playing games and beating around the bush, Kevin took note of what we were looking for down to the specifics and then worked with our budget, making our dream car realistic. Right then and there we started to sign the paperwork and while everything was processing he made sure we were comfortable and made our experience enjoyable. We did not imagine driving out of the dealership with a new car when we first arrived there, but the service provided was outstanding to say the least. Out of the multiple cars bought and dealerships visited over the years, we now have our "go-to" dealership.
