I need to replace (2) tires that Fette Ford refused to replace and they are almost bald, (2) are brand new. Not sure why it would take two weeks to get a part. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, zero flexibility. They push to get what they want, but will not accommodate the customer at all. More

My 2020 Explorer had a recall on the rear backup camera. The day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Fette's Service Department asking if I would like to have the repair done in my driveway, instead at the dealership, by their new mobile service unit. This is a free service, and I was able to select a convenient time for the appointment. Two technicians called me to confirm the appointment and update their arrival status. All work was done on in my condo's parking lot. including a free systems inspection. Both technicians were professional and through, completing the task and test driving my car to make final calibrations on the camera and sensors. I was very pleased with this new service and the work by the technicians. More
