Purchased my 2021 truck from them brand new 2 yrs ago, ( purchased a 2nd brand new truck 6 months after that and referred a co worker to them that purchased a brand new vehicle). purchased the tire waranty purchased a 2nd brand new truck 6 months after that and referred a co worker to them that purchased a brand new vehicle). purchased the tire waranty/road guard; $100 for a new tire. Brought my truck in last Friday to get oil change, tires rotated and an alignment. One of the tires needed replacing due to damgage from the road, when they tried to process the warranty supposedly the DOT serial #s on the warranty did not match with my tire. I have only purchased tires here, I had used the warranty twice in the last 2 years and never had a problem. When they changed the tires they were not recording the new DOT #s so now my warranty is no good and they want full price for the tire. CRIMINAL!!! Svc Mgr said he doesnt know what happened last couple times I went; he wasnt an employee then and cant explain. He said they would give me a new tire warranty that would cover my tires going forward but I would have to pay full price today for a new one. ABSOLUTE INSANITY -- I am pretty sure the fumes from the cleaning fluids have damaged his brain. Norman Frede will NEVER EVER see me or any member of my family again and I will be sure and pass on my "service after the sale" experience to anyone I run into looking to purchase a vehicle and I will certainly steer them clear.
