STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP We drove from Buffalo to purchase a vehicle here (we were looking for something specific and they had it). Deal started out ok until I saw our interest rate. Holy cow, I almost fell over. My husband and I have near perfect credit so we should have been able to get a better rate. Other dealerships we’ve bought from in the past always try to find the best rate possible. There is no way this finance guy did that. Then we find out, after the fact, that they charged us for $3,000 in extra warranties that we never agreed to. Not once was that brought to our attention npr did we ever sit down with the guy in finance to go over the details. Trying to get that money back was like pulling teeth. The finance guy totally dropped the ball and didn’t do what he was supposed to at any time. Stay away from this dealership! More
Horrible customer service Terrible experience. In 2015, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Right from the start was a bad experience with Ferrario. The finance gentleman, Jim wa Terrible experience. In 2015, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Right from the start was a bad experience with Ferrario. The finance gentleman, Jim was rude. Nearly two months after the purchase I called the DMV to see if they were really behind because I hadn't received my registration. The lady advised me to call the dealship ASAP. I called Ferrario and was told they forgot to send in my registration. In a year and a half the vehicle was at the dealership 4 times for problems with the systems. It continued to shift hard, have various noises and phone did not connect. The last issue was the worst! The Jeep aggressively shifted into gear which made my whole upper body thrust forward. I pushed on the accelerator, now realizing it wouldn't shift. I'm in a low gear to which at 30 mph the vehicle is redlining. I am 40+ miles from home. There are 3 lights on the dash, one stating service transmission. I got the vehicle to Ferrario and left it for service. At this time I had enough. So I wrote on the service slip "Call me about a trade". 2 full business days later I had not heard from anyone. I called spoke with Joyce and was told vehicle will be ready Monday. It just needed another, third, computer update. She stated she saw my comment to be contacted by sales. I relied absolutely. 2 more business days later I contacted sales. I spoke with Chris. He was helpful. But at this point I realized I could not deal with Ferrario or a Jeep product any further. I traded it for a Toyota. Today I showed up at Ferrario to get the key to the Jeep that has been there since the incident nearly a month ago. Terrible customer service. It s too bad nothing is done. I would pay more for a vehicle for good service... and I did! More
We hit a deer (rather the deer hit us) while traveling from TN to NY to visit family over the Christmas holiday, 2013. Chris Ploucha did everything within his control to get our truck repaired as fast as from TN to NY to visit family over the Christmas holiday, 2013. Chris Ploucha did everything within his control to get our truck repaired as fast as possible. Despite the blinding snow, extremely cold temps, the Christmas holiday and New Years Day in the way of progress, he was able to get the parts in from several suppliers and put the truck back together in probably record time for that time of year, in those weather conditions. We were very pleased with this dealership's customer service. A++ rating from us. More
Salesman does not want to help with any issues after the sale. Will not return inquiries. It's all about making the sale, period. Also, the person in charge of finance lied about the interest rate. recommended an engine clean and flush on an engine that only had 1500 miles!said there was "carbon build up on throttle body of a brand new throttle body.then when i showed them the receipt for the new eng only had 1500 miles!said there was "carbon build up on throttle body of a brand new throttle body.then when i showed them the receipt for the new engine they STILL tried to sell me the can of bulls..t. Be careful when using their service dept.They use their "multi point check up"to sell you services you most likely don't need.Definitely get a second opinion.A simple flat tire almost wound up costing hundreds of dollars.
