Jeff was very good at helping explain the options and why I might want to consider some over others. He never pushed but now that I have the car I can say he was right on. The order to delivery time was about four months and I was continually updated on status which only made me wish I could have been in Italy and watched. The delivery date was to be on a Friday and my son and I had planned our trip. The dealership will not let a car go if the car is not perfect and there was a problem with the Navigation that required a part from Italy. The call to me must have been one of the hardest but that is when I saw the entire team from service to dealership manager go into overdrive. They certainly could not control the problem but I can tell you they were my advocate and they not only took it all the way up but it was also clear to me that it was the Top Priority. It is easy to be good when everything goes as planned but their reaction to the unexpected said more than can be put in print. Problem solved in a couple of days and the car is incredible. I purchased my first Ferrari from Ferrari of San Francisco when the dealership just opened and nearly 20 years later and after the most recent purchase I can attest to the high standards, great customer service/availability and the commitment to exceed expectations. The facility is spotless with a wide selection of models. In my previous experience with the other dealer in the bay area, I found it difficult to get acknowledged or simple questions answered. Tom McAfee made time for me, had me test drive the cars and was concerned not with just selling me a car but the right car for my interests. In summary, if you are looking for a Ferrari go to the Mill Valley location. It is worth the drive. They will spend the time to answer your questions and give you a good experience. James and Mark Paddock worked with me and made my car purchase a true delight. EVERYONE is wonderful at this dealership. I enjoy going to the Ferrari events that are put on and just being able to see all the wonderful cars and people make the cost of ownership of a Ferrari worth every penny. I have had several "high end" cars and none of the cars or dealerships can hold a candle to SF Ferrari. Many of the exotic car dealerships treat you like a "one time" buyer. That is not the case here. James and Mark make you WANT to buy the latest greatest cars. Few things in life compare to "building" a new Ferrari in the new car ordering room. Knowing that in time what I ordered will be hand made and delivered half way around the world is very exciting to say the least! To say I recommend James and Mark and the entire dealership is an understatement. They are true "ambassadors" for the Ferrari brand. More

I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff if you are looking to purchase a Ferrari. If there is even the slightest imperfection in the car (that may or may not be visible) he will point it out and let you decide. Sadly, not many people who sell cars maintain this level of transparency. I would definitely buy another car from Jeff in the future. More
